I actually do not know the answer to your question.  I imagine it is something you will work out directly with your company.  I have heard that some people use vacation days, non-paid leave or personal days to make up for the time.  I imagine it is a little bit different for each company.  I will research with a couple of our alum who are in the reserves to see what their company does for them.
