Chuck Alvarez

Chuck joined Cameron-Brooks in 1994.  He graduated from Bucknell University and is a former Army Officer.  Before joining Cameron-Brooks, Chuck worked for Becton Dickinson where he was a successful account manager and sales person, achieving numerous sales achievements and awards.  At Cameron-Brooks, Chuck works with client companies across many industries to help them define ways that military officers can bring unique value to their organizations.  He is greatly involved in our Career Conferences, ensuring that we match candidate capabilities with company needs.  Chuck travels to military bases to recruit candidates and provides operational leadership in the company.  He is originally from the Washington DC area, and lives in Fredericksburg with his wife and three children.

Joel Junker

Joel joined Cameron-Brooks in 1999 after serving four very successful years as an Armor Officer in the U.S. Army.  At Cameron-Brooks, Joel touches virtually every part of our business.  He provides leadership and management of our recruiting team, conducts recruiting trips to military bases, helps manage our service to client companies, manages several aspects of our Career Conference processes, and provides training to our active-duty candidates.   Joel is originally from Minnesota, graduated Magna Cum Laude from Notre Dame in Finance; and lives in the Hill Country with his wife and two daughters. 

Steve Sosland

Steve joined Cameron-Brooks in 1997 and is one of our lead recruiters. He travels all over the world helping Cameron-Brooks identify and recruit top quality Junior Military Officers. He also provides operational leadership to our recruiting team, delivers high quality training to our active duty candidates, and helps match candidate capability with company needs at our Career Conferences. Steve is a former Army Infantry Officer who spent 6 years in general management with a division of PepsiCo and Brinker International before joining Cameron-Brooks. Steve obtained his undergraduate degree from the United States Military Academy and MSBA from Boston University.  He  lives in  Fredericksburg with his wife and two daughters.

Scott LePage

Scott joined the Cameron-Brooks leadership team in 2006.  Scott’s primary role at Cameron-Brooks is recruiting and developing Junior Military Officer candidates at locations around the world.  Scott has seven years of business experience in consulting with Arthur Andersen and corporate finance with IAC/InterActiveCorp.  He brings a broad knowledge of business and leadership to share with our Junior Military Officer candidates.  Scott was a former Navy F-14 pilot who successfully transitioned from the Navy through Cameron-Brooks in 1999.  He has a BS in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from Cornell University.  He lives in Fredericksburg with his family.
